Where is Excelytech located?
Excelytech Limited is at 3900 Confederation Pkwy in Mississauga, Ontario. We work in Eastern Time and serve businesses across the GTA, Canada and the United States.
Do you only serve the Greater Toronto Area?
No. The GTA is where most of our local pages are, but the services are delivered remotely, so we also work with businesses elsewhere in Ontario, across Canada and in the United States.
Do you visit customers on site?
Most of the work, including assessment, deployment, monitoring and restore testing, is done remotely. If something needs hands on site, we agree how that is handled in the service scope.
Is the service different in each city?
The services are the same. What changes is the conversation: the systems, risks and obligations of a Brampton distributor are different from those of a Toronto law firm or a Markham software team, so the plan is built around your environment.
