How the services fit together
Endpoint security reduces the chance that a device is compromised. Backup keeps protected copies of servers and cloud data. Disaster recovery keeps critical systems running somewhere else while yours are repaired. Azure and DevOps work help you move and release safely, with a recovery path built in. They are distinct services with distinct roles, and none replaces the others.

Which service do I need first?
Most businesses start with backup that has been proven by a real restore. Disaster recovery is added for the few systems the business cannot be without for long, and endpoint security and SaaS backup cover devices and cloud accounts. A short readiness check shows where your gaps are.
Can I buy just one service?
Yes. Services are modular, so you can start with one and add others later. Coverage, frequency and responsibilities are written into your service agreement.
Do you serve businesses outside Mississauga?
Yes. We are based in Mississauga and serve the GTA, the rest of Ontario, Canada and the United States, with services delivered remotely in Eastern Time.
What kind of businesses do you work with?
Small and medium-sized businesses, generally from about ten to fifty employees, with servers, cloud accounts and laptops that the business depends on every day.
